At the front of Riverwalk’s taproom sits a little
stage dressed as a living room.
Couches. A rug. A place to settle in.
We’d like to see what you can make happen there.
Little Stage is a monthly Wednesday performance series at Riverwalk Brewing in Newburyport,
Debuting Wednesday, December 9, 2026.
We’re looking for musicians, dancers, poets, storytellers, actors, puppeteers, and people whose work doesn’t fit neatly into a category.
Each evening will feature 5–7 performers over
approximately 90 minutes.
Each performance can run up to 10 minutes.
A song or two, a short story, a scene,
a little movement.
What you do with those minutes is yours.
The living room stays. You work with it.
Take a seat, bring a few props, tell a story,
play a song, or make us see
an ordinary piece of furniture differently.
Keep it intimate. Keep it analogue.
We’re looking for acoustic, unamplified
performances with minimal equipment and
no screens.
Something made to be experienced up close,
by people sharing a room.
Have a finished piece? Great. Have an idea that
needs a little stage to find its feet?
We’d like to hear that, too.
Little Stage offers a place to try something, share
your art, and connect with a new audience.
Selected performers receive a $25 Riverwalk
gift card.
No cash performance fee is offered.
